Dr Nayrouz has held various clinical, managerial, and leadership roles at West London NHS Trust, including Senior Clinical Lead, Affective (Mood) Disorders Lead, Bipolar NICE Guidelines Implementation Lead, Adult ADHD Lead, and Physical Healthcare Lead.

Dr Nayrouz has been a member of the Medicine Management and Optimisation Committee since 2015. Besides working in a Crisis, Assessment and Treatment Team, Dr Nayrouz has been the Lead Consultant of a Single Point of Access Service since 2016, which was nominated for the National ‘HSJ British Healthcare Award’ and the local ‘West London Trust Quality Award’. Dr Nayrouz worked as a psychiatric examiner at the Imperial Medical School and the Royal College of Psychiatrists. He undertook his psychiatric training at St Mary’s and Charing Cross Psychiatric Training Schemes in London.

One of the robotic-assistants that has revolutionised the way he works is the Mako® Robotic arm, which allows joint replacement surgeries to be done with more accuracy using each individual patient's unique specific diagnosis and anatomy. This results in Mr Kucheria's patients having a faster and less painful recovery than conventional techniques.

Mr Kucheria makes sure to keep up with the latest techniques and procedures in his field. As a result, he uses his expertise to train junior surgeons and GPs. Dr Haidry continues to publish extensively and has co-authored several key guidelines over the past five years. He is currently exploring endoscopic approaches to the treatment of type 2 diabetes and obesity, and was the first in the UK to perform cryo-ablation on patients with Barrett’s oesophagus and early squamous cancer. Dr Haidry is also the foremost expert in endoscopic management of Zenker's Diverticulum in the UK, leading a team of researchers at Cleveland Clinic London.
